After selecting your package and getting your patient portal login credentials, you’ll meet your provider, and have the ability to send them messages privately and securely.

Your safety is our top priority, and treatment includes ongoing monitoring and support to ensure your achieve your goals, while minimizing the risk of side effects. During your initial consultation, we will discuss any concerns and potential side effects based on your current health status and other potential factors.

All prescriptions are sent directly to a 503(a) or 503(b) compounding pharmacy. These pharmacies are held to the highest regulatory standards for quality, purity and safety. Our partner pharmacy will then dispense, package, and ship your medication safely and securely to your home.

You’ll hear from your medical provider within 2 to 4 days of submitting your intake survey. The initial visit is about 10-15 minutes depending on how many questions you have for your provider, and any follow up questions they may have for you. Providers typically respond to portal messages within 1-2 depending on availability. After you and the provider have agreed upon your plan, the order is filled and shipped by our partner pharmacy. Total time from initial visit to the prescription arriving at your home is about 4-6 days.

Additionally, your wellness coach will reach out within your first week. They will help to guide you through your first month, and are available via portal message as well. Coaches can help kick start your journey before you even receive your medication!
